Welcome to the Michigan Chapter of Loners On Wheels.Membership to the MI-LoWs is only $10.00 per year, BUT you must also join or be a member of the National LoWs.
Visitor (those National Low members) and guests (those interested in our group) are always welcome at campouts. You can camp with us by paying the nightly fees for a maximum to two campouts in one year without joining. If you bring a friend with you, they must be of the same sex as you are. Kids are the exception.
LONERS ON WHEELS is a unique camping club for legally single adults. Campouts are 3-4 days, Rallies are 5-6 days and Caravans are 2 to 6 weeks in duration. We promote the mingling aspect of single life. We are not a dating club, but hope you will find many friends with whom to enjoy the RVing lifestyle.
The Michigan Chapter has chosen to hold most of our campouts at fair grounds. Most fair grounds will provide Electricity, Water and Dump facilities along with a building we can meet in, to keep warm, hold meetings, or avoid the rain/snow, and it is cheaper than a commercial campground.

In the June 2010 National Newsletter they said the MI-LoW's were doing a Mid-West Rally at Centreville in July of 2010.
That is the wrong year! It is July 2011!

Michigan is a big state with a bridge. We are attempting to start a northern Michigan LoW group to help control the cost of travel.
